General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through FluxionX.ch, operated as a small creator project based in Switzerland. By purchasing from our shop, you agree to these terms.

Products

All items are 3D-printed, handmade, and individually prepared. Small variations in texture or color may occur and are considered normal.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Payments are accepted through the methods displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs are added separately unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within Switzerland via Swiss Post or comparable services.
Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days.
FluxionX.ch is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Because items are made to order, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.
If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Liability

FluxionX.ch is not liable for indirect damages, misuse of products, or delivery delays outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, names, images, and branding (including “FlowTray”, “FrameBase”, etc.) are the property of FluxionX.ch and may not be copied, distributed, or resold.
